Here are a few things I found at GW this week:
Isn't that pretty? It looks as though someone hand painted it because there is a signature on it. A lady picked it up first so I went round and round till she put it back down and I swooped it up before she could change her mind!! Thrift shopping sure is getting crazy!!!!
I also made this banner. It was so simple just bought 3 different size dollies at the Dollar Store and glued them together, added some roses I made using crepe paper that I bought at the dollar store and then put some chipboard letters on them and put it up with a ribbon. So easy!!!

Your banner turned out great! Such a good idea to use the paper doilies. I can't believe that you found that gorgeous hand painted piece at the thrift store! Lucky you that the woman changed her mind! About a month ago, I spied a gorgeous wire birdcage in someone's cart at the GoodWill. I was drooling over it, and actually followed her around the store in hopes that she would put it back! No luck though!!

Dollar store goodness. I love the banner. Makes me think of V-DAY as a kid. I really do think more people are shopping at thrift stores and going to more yard and garage sales than ever before. i am always hoping that everyone else is not looking for the same things that I am.
